    Limited Warranty

    Power Queen.de guarantees to the original purchaser that all products are rigorously tested by our quality inspectors prior to shipment and are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use.

    Warranty period

    All LiFePO4 batteries come with a 5-year warranty when used correctly and in accordance with the manual. We provide a pro rata warranty for defective product performance when used correctly and in accordance with the instructions.
    Power Queen offers accessories (battery charger) 2 years warranty, (MPPT solar controller) 3 years warranty and (Solar panel) 1 year warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of your purchase.

    This warranty does not apply to negligence or misuse of the battery:
    - Damage caused by improper installation; loose terminal connections, undersized wiring, incorrect connections (series and parallel connections) for the required voltage and Ah requirements, or connections with reversed polarity.
    - Damage caused by environmental influences: improper storage conditions specified by the manufacturer, extreme heat or cold, fire or freezing, or water damage.
    - Damage caused by collisions.
    - Damage caused by improper maintenance, under- or over-charging of the product or improper connections.
    - The product has been opened, modified or tampered with.
    - The product was used in an application for which it was not designed and intended, including repeated engine starts.
    - The product was used in an oversized inverter/charger (any inverter/charger rated at 3500 watts or more) without the use of a manufacturer-approved surge suppressor.
    - The product is undersized, including air conditioning or similar equipment with blocked rotor starting current, but not used with an inrush current limiting device approved by the manufacturer.
    - The product was not stored in accordance with the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storing the product in a low battery condition.

    We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Power Queen product is defective upon arrival or the order is canceled. This only applies to products purchased directly from Power Queen.de.

    After you email us to request a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Returns must include all accessories.

    Exchange

    We can offer an exchange service in the following cases:
    -The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
    -We sent the wrong item.
    -We sent it to the wrong address.

    Shipping costs

    If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should depend on the express company you choose.

    If, for our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

    (1) If the return is due to an error on our part, Power Queen will bear the costs of return shipping.

    Examples include:
    -The product is defective and cannot be repaired with spare parts.
    -We sent the wrong item.
    -We sent it to the wrong address.
    -We sent a duplicate order.

    Note: If the customer claims that the item is faulty/damaged, they must provide proof before returning the item.

    (2) In the case of warranty claims not related to quality and subjective reasons for return, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs.

    (3) For warranty repairs outside the EU (not at the original place of purchase), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returning the battery to our warehouse for replacement.

    Power Queen will provide the customer with a prepaid return label, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
    Please note that for all orders requiring special shipping charges, actual shipping costs will be charged and the cost varies by region.

    Once we receive an approved return, we will inspect the item's condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will refund you within 3 business days.
