      Parallel communication

By simply connecting the parallel communication cable (BT-1/2 cable included), the information of all parallel slaves can be displayed on the master's battery display via RS485 protocol. (The battery connected to the inverter or solar inverter charger is defined as the master, and the remaining batteries as slaves.)

The color touchscreen displays basic data, BMS status, parallel data, protocol settings, and language switching in real time. Additionally, the RUN and ALARM LEDs indicate the three battery states: Normal/Alarm/Protection, and the SOC LED displays the remaining capacity as a percentage.

      Inverter communication

By simply connecting the inverter communication cable (A/B-INV cable included in the package), the BMS can transmit battery information (SOC, overvoltage protection value, overcurrent protection value, etc.) to the solar inverter charger via RS485/CAN protocol, thus more precisely controlling the voltage and current to keep the battery working under ideal conditions and maintaining and extending the battery life.

Communicate with leading brands of hybrid inverters such as Victron, Growatt, DEYE, SMA, GoodWe, Sorotec, MEGAREVO etc. without having to find out the address of the inverter via complicated area codes.

Latest generation energy storage systems supply households effortlessly

      Frequently asked questions:

Icon for questionWhat is the function of the charging current limitation ?

Protection against charging current limitation: When two unbalanced batteries are connected in parallel, the high-voltage battery charges the low-voltage battery. If the BMS detects that the charging current 100 A exceeds, it triggers the current limiting function to reduce the charging current to 10 A or less, rather than shutting it down directly. This protection helps keep the battery balanced and extend its lifespan.

Icon for questionCan the battery be used in a motorhome or outdoors ?

The battery is waterproof to IP20 and is not recommended for use in damp outdoor areas or caravans.

Icon for questionCan the battery be mounted on the side ?

For the Power Queen 51.2V 100Ah Smart Battery, we recommend mounting it upright with the terminals facing up. It's important to ensure the front and top sides are not facing down.

Icon for questionI can use this battery as a car start battery or golf car battery ?

NO. Note: This battery is NOT suitable as a starter battery, golf cart battery, or for heavy-duty applications such as water pumps, car lifts, elevators, vacuum cleaners, or four-wheel drive lawn mowers. More information about the Power Queen: service.de@ipowerqueen.com

Icon for questionYou can be switched in row or parallel to a 51.2V 90AH or 48V 100Ah base battery ?

NO. The 51.2V 100Ah Smart Battery does not support series connection. Conditions for parallel connection: Same brand, same model, within 3 months of the date of purchase.

Icon for questionI can charge Lifepo4 batteries with solar modules ?

Yes, you can charge LiFePO4 batteries with solar panels. Here are three reliable charging options:

      1. Use of solar modules
The Power Queen 51.2V 100Ah Smart Battery can be used with 850W Solar modules in 2 days fully charged (with 4.5 hours of effective sunlight per day). With ≤850W solar panels, it may take more than 2 days to fully charge the battery, as the duration and intensity of the light have a significant impact on charging efficiency.

      2. LiFePO4 Smart Chargers
To charge a 51.2V battery, a 58.4V Charger recommended. Recommended charging voltage: 56.8V - 58.4V. Recommended charging current: 20A (0.2C) - the battery will be charged in approx. 5 hours charged to 100% capacity.

      3. Generator/alternator
If the alternator or generator supports a DC output, a DC charger is required to connect the battery to the generator. Recommended charging voltage: 56.8V - 58.4V. Recommended charging current: 20A (0.2C) - the battery will be charged to 100% capacity in approximately 5 hours.

Icon for questionIs the color display only in English ?

The color display also shows the languages German, French, Spanish and Italian.

Icon for questionCan you give me the right procedure for battery operation ?

When purchasing more than 2 batteries:

      1. First connect the batteries in parallel, with the positive terminal connected to the positive terminal and the negative terminal connected to the negative terminal.

      2. Connect the host battery to the positive and negative terminals of the hybrid inverter (the battery connected to the inverter is the host battery).

      3. Determine whether the inverter in use uses the CAN or 485 protocol, and then select the included A-INV or B-INV inverter communication cable to connect the host battery to the hybrid inverter.

Note the position of the interface: If your inverter uses the RS485 protocol, the inverter communication cable should be connected from the RS485 interface of the host battery to the RS485 interface of the inverter.

      4. Connect the master and slave batteries using the supplied parallel communication cable. (Master battery terminal OUT, slave battery terminal IN).

      5. Select the inverter protocol on the host battery screen.

If you only have one battery, you can skip the first step.
